By sourcing high-quality ingredients and avoiding nationwide shipping, your food goes directly from our chefs to your fridge, ensuring maximum nutrition and taste.
Yes, 1-on-1 nutritional coaching is included with our specialty meal plans. We believe in sustainable results, which is why we provide a 10-week introductory coaching process. This includes a baseline assessment, macro tracking setup, and weekly progress reviews to adjust your meals and help you build lifelong healthy habits.
Our core meal plans start at $150 per week for the Weight Loss and Maintenance programs (10 meals), and $190 per week for the Muscle Building caloric surplus program (15 high-protein meals). All plans feature premium ingredients, gluten-free and dairy-free options, and professional macro balancing.
