How is Medical Wellness different from Nutrition Coaching?
Nutrition Coaching focuses on food choices, habits and lifestyle guidance. Medical Wellness is a separate pathway involving professional medical evaluation and, when appropriate, provider-authorized treatment. Nutrition Coaching does not replace medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing by a licensed healthcare provider.
